Dulces Delights & Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they are dropped off for shipping. While we package each product individually and take care to ensure safe shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery times or the condition in which your package arrives.

Shipping Policy – Dulces Delights & Co.

Processing Times:

• Bracelets: 2–3 business days before shipping.
  
• Cookies (Nationwide Shipping): 2–3 business days before shipping. Flat rate shipping is $10.50 via USPS Priority 2–3 day shipping to ensure your cookies arrive quickly and maintain optimal freshness.
  
• Naples Local Pickup/Delivery: 3-day processing before selected pickup date. Local deliveries are available Sundays and Mondays. Orders must be placed and paid for by Thursday to qualify for pickup or delivery that week.
  

Shipping Methods & Costs:

• Bracelets: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping cost is estimated at checkout based on product weight and shipping distance.
  
• Cookies (Nationwide Shipping): Flat rate $10.50. Shipped via USPS Priority 2–3 day shipping to ensure freshness.
